Natural Waist: Measure around the smallest part of you waist.
Wearing Waist: Measure right below the top of your hipbone. This is where your waist band should sit.
Hip: Stand with you feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hip.
Sleeve Length: Slightly bend your elbow and measure from the center of your back neck down to below your wrist bone.
