This healthy and delicious snack couldn't be simpler, satisfying your salty snack craving in a good way!
Wash kale stalks and dry thoroughly. Cut or rip into smaller chip-sized pieces. Gently toss in lemon olive oil to lightly cover. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Sprinkle sea salt and bourbon-smoked paprika. Bake in the oven on 350 degrees for 9 minutes, turn over lightly with a spatula, bake 9 more minutes or until crispy.
No dip necessary, these are delicious and crunchy as is!
