Gifts That Give Back

November 07, 2016

The National Retail Federation estimates that U.S. households will spend an average of $935.58 this holiday season. With the election falling right in the middle of the holiday shopping season, believe it or not, that's down from last year's projected spending!

No matter where your spending falls, we realize there's a lot of competition for a piece of your shopping budget, and we're truly grateful to you for choosing to shop ethically with us. We're glad we're in good company too! For the second time, we're featured on the yearly list from Nonprofit Tech For Good's website, highlighting 30 online shopping stores that benefit nonprofits. What a great time to remind everybody of one of the best things that makes The Good Buy so good: all net proceeds from your purchases goes toward funding human rights programs and projects around the globe: from building homes in Haiti, to challenging LGBT oppression in Africa, and securing unpaid back wages for poultry workers in Arkansas, and so much more!
