Light a Candle for Women

August 19, 2014

For Prosperity Candle, candles are more than a beautiful product — they create the opportunity for families to thrive. Every candle is handmade by a woman rebuilding her life: pillars made by Iraqi widows, repurposed glass votives from women in Haiti, unique rice bowl candles poured by refugees resettled in the United States, and more. Each tells the story of a brighter future for us all.

By investing in women entrepreneurs, Prosperity Candle provides the first employment opportunity after relocation for many women refugees and helps them establish new, sustainable lives. Each candle is printed with the name of the woman who made it.
